Missy blinked open her eyes and then closed them again. Sunlight was streaming in through the open window. She glanced at her watch and gasped in disbelief.  It was only 10am. She tried closing her eyes and drifting back to sleep again, but the damn sun was annoying her. She tossed back the sheet she had slept in and threw her legs over the side of her bed. Groaning, yawning and stretching at the same time she made her way to the kitchen. As she passed a mirror, she flattened down her hair just in case she saw Marat. She poured herself some orange juice and made her way onto the deck. It was pretty cool out there.  The sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

"Morning." A voice called out from the Marat’s deck. Missy squinted her eyes against the sun and saw Andy sitting in the chair.

"Morning" she croaked out. "How come you’re up so early?" she asked him, yawning in the process.

"Early…this isn’t early. I’ve been practicing my tennis." Missy nodded her head, still not fully awake.

"Well this is early for me.  Hell, anything before 12 is early for me." Missy explained.

"Lazy." Andy commented. Missy just stuck out her tongue at him and took a sip of her OJ.

"Could I borrow one of the boats?" Andy asked Missy.

"Sure." Missy said. Then added "I didn’t know you sailed. Have you sailed for long?" Andy scratched his head thinking,

"Not long, started sailing when I moved to Florida. So I guess 5 years, but haven’t really learned much about it. I know the basics and that’s about it." Missy looked out at the sea and could that there was a bit of wind blowing out there.

"Rig my boat up as well. I’ll get changed and join you in a few minutes." Missy wondered back into the house. She put on her tankini underneath her shorts and t-shirt. Grabbing her cap and a bottle of sun-cream she joined Andy who was in the middle of rigging one of the boats.

Missy made sure every inch of her exposed flesh was covered in sun-cream, there was no way she was going to get burned to a crisp. She took out her mirror and applied the sun cream that all the cricket players use, you know that weird stuff. She rubbed some onto her nose, cheeks and lips. Looking stunning, Missy thought to herself sarcastically.

"Andy come here." She called out. He looked over at her and burst out laughing.

"You going to war Missy?" he asked her as he walked over to her.

"Yes and so are you sonny Jim." She told him holding out the tube of sun cream. He slowly backed away,

"That gunk is not going on my face." He said determined to get his own way.

"Fine then look like a tomato." Missy said.

"Tomato" Andy corrected her.

"No its tomato." Missy said firmly.

"Tomato" Andy said even more firmly. Missy shook her head at him

"Tomato."

"Look I’m telling you its tomato." Andy said now getting frustrated.

"Look speaking as a superior being to you. As Olivia always says ‘we originated from over there.’ referring to Europe. Oh and would you look at that we’re in Europe. So its tomato, not to-mate-o, to-mat-o." Missy said distinguishing the difference. Andy held up his hands

"Ok…ok its to-mat-o." and sounding as poncy as English man with a pole stuck up his ass. Missy laughed at him and he sighed.

"What now?" he asked.

"You’re still saying it wrong." She told him.

She grabbed him by the arm and made him sit down on the bench. "Oh I like a woman that takes control." He said evilly. Missy sighed and opened the tube of ‘war paint.’

"And don’t take this personally but not even in you’re wildest dreams. Now you can go for multi colors or just one color." Andy thought carefully for a few minutes.

"Multi colors please." Missy started rubbing on the cream. "Now I know why Movie stars marry their make-up artists." Andy said to himself.

"Why do they marry their make-up artists then?" Missy asked, thinking she had lovely soft hands or something.

"Because their breasts are constantly in the actors faces." Andy said with a really wicked laugh. Missy looked down and sure enough her breasts were level with Andy’s face. Blushing she hit him lightly across his head.

"You are a very dirty man, you know that." She said giving out to him. He raised his eyebrow

"Why thank you Missy, that truly is the greatest complement you can give to a 23 year old man." Andy smiled.

"You’re only 23…so I’m not the only baby around here." She murmured. Andy looked up at her,

"Nope and that’s exactly the reason why you should go out with me." He said cheekily.

"I’m just going to ignore that one…you’re freckles are really cute." Andy had a spread of freckles across the bridge of his nose that spilled onto his cheeks.

"What freckles?" Andy worriedly asked Missy. She laughed at his frantic need for a mirror.

"Andy trust me there cute, really cute. But that doesn’t make me like you like that so don’t take it as I’m coming onto you or something crazy like that, because I know you’re thinking that." She warned him.

They walked to there fully rigged boats and Missy did a final check to see if Andy had rigged them properly. They pushed the boats down to the sea and hopped in, pushing down the rudder and putting in the dagger boards, they made there way slowly but surely further out to sea.

Olivia woke to the noise of laughing outside. She glanced at her wrist watch, 11am.  Man she usually never slept that late. She made her way groggily to the kitchen and from there watched as Andy and Missy launched their boats. She made a note to herself to explain to Missy what she had said last night. Wow looked like they were really have fun out there, Olivia thought. Watching as Missy and Andy raced against each other. Olivia grabbed her camera off the counter and loaded a black and white film. Wandering onto the deck she began to start snapping photos. She was so involved in her work that she hardly noticed Marat on the other balcony until she heard him move.

"Hi." She said glancing over quickly.

"Morning" he replied. The two of them watched Andy and Missy sailing in silence, then suddenly Andy capsized and fell into the water.  Even from where they were they could hear Missy laughing. Then suddenly her boat capsized, but Missy somehow managed to jump over the side of the boat and onto the dagger board managing a dry capsize.

"Wow she’s really good." Marat commented as he watched Missy un-capsize her boat and land back without a drop of water on her. Andy on the other hand was still having difficulty getting his boat upright again. Finally he managed to get the boat back upright and climb into it with Missy’s help.  She had sailed over to him and had shouted instructions at him.

"Yeah she sailed a lot when she was younger." Olivia explained to Marat.

Olivia had taken a lot of pictures when the pair had capsized hoping they turned out well. Olivia sat down on the closest chair and watched them sail around for the next hour and a half before they decided to call it a day and come in. Missy arrived back first and pulled her boat up onto the beach and pulled down the main sail making sure it didn’t capsize on land. Andy was coming in slowly but surely and called Missy over to the water to help him. Missy hadn’t  gotten wet at all except up to her knees and wanted to stay as dry as possible.

"Please Miss help me.  I’m so tired after all that capsizing that I can barely lift up my arms." Andy begged. Missy relented and walked out to the sea as far as her kneecaps and waited for him.

Hopping out of the boat, Missy pulled up the dagger board and the rudder; they pulled the boat up to the beach and let down the main sail.

"Here let me give you a big hug for helping me." Andy said to her coming nearer. Missy jumped away,

"No way Andy you are sopping wet and I’m nice and dry…noooooooo Andy please." Andy caught Missy and scooped her into his arms and carried her down to the water.

"Andy please don’t…please I’ll do anything just don’t put me into the water." Missy cried out kicking and hitting him with her arms.

"Anything?" Andy asked deviously.

"Well it depends…ok anything." Missy squealed as he almost let go of her.

"A kiss and a date, and anything else I can think of." Missy crinkled up her nose in distaste.

"No…not a chance." She said preparing for the worst. Andy let go of her and dumped her into the water with a splash. She reappeared a second later spluttering and coughing up sea water.

"You’re dead Roddick." She hissed at him. She managed to get back onto the beach and chase him around for a while without any luck. Olivia and Marat had enjoyed the whole thing together,

"They're a cute couple." Olivia murmured to herself, totally forgetting about Marat and Missy’s little walk last night. Marat didn’t say anything, just watched the pair of them chase each other around laughing. Missy slumped onto one of the deck beds, tired and exhausted from chasing Andy around and from the sailing. Andy joined her on the next deck bed even more wrecked from the tennis work out and all the capsizing he had done.

"I’d watch you’re back if I were you." Missy muttered, ready to fall into a deep sleep.

"I’m watching it." Andy said eyes closed and almost asleep.

"Good." She said.

"Good." He replied. Missy decided to get out of wet clothes and sunbath in her Tankini. She stripped off her t-shirt making sure here breasts were still firmly in place in the Tankini and not falling out.

"Why didn’t you wake me…I’m missing this strip tease." Andy complained.

"Oh you wanna see more…" Missy said seductively slowly lifting up her tankini to revel a tiny part of her stomach. Andy was fully awake now and sitting up. "Yeah well think again honey because you just missed getting a piece of this fine ass when you dropped me into the water. Nice one dipshit." Missy said laughing at his reaction. Andy hit is hand against his head and fell back against the deck chair.

They laid in silence for a while soaking up the sun and drying out.

"Want to go in and get a drink?" Andy asked Missy after a while. The sun was blistering hot and still wasn’t at its hottest. Missy nodded her head, throat parched. They wandered into Marat’s house and Missy looked around, it was the first time she had been in his house. There were a couple of trophies around the place.  His house was really nicely decorated, very modern. Pictures of what Missy presumed were family and friends littered the place.

"Do you want a tour of the house?" Andy asked after he had given Missy her drink. She nodded her head and followed him around. The house was identical to theirs expect obviously the furnishings were different. The last room Andy showed Missy was his, Missy laughed as she saw his assortment of hats.  There must at least have been around 30 of various different colors.

Missy wandered around his room and noticed a picture beside his bed of a pretty blonde.

"Who’s that?" She asked as she laid down on the bed, frame still in her hands. Andy laid down beside her.

"That’s my ex-girlfriend Shelly." He said in a sad tone.

"Did you break up recently?" she asked. Andy was silent for a while,

"6 months ago. It was pretty serious, well I thought it was. We’d been going out for 3 years, I found out she had been cheating on me for quite a while. She blamed me for not being there, in some ways she was right. But…" Andy trailed off and Missy could see that this was hurting him. She placed the frame back down on the bedside locker.

"You know you’re a really bad sailor." She teased him hoping to lighten up the atmosphere.

"Me, I don’t know what you’re talking about. If there’s a bad sailor in the room it ain’t me, and do I see anybody beside me and you…no. so I guess that leaves you and you know what that means…you guessed it. You’re the bad sailor." They debated for a while before eventually falling asleep in each other’s arms.

Olivia wandered back outside again after putting on her tankini to do some serious sunbathing. Expecting to see Andy and Missy out there, she found the deck beds empty. Shrugging her shoulders, she set up her own bed, with an umbrella covering her just in case she got too hot. Her book at the ready, sun-cream all rubbed in. She was good to go. She lay back and started reading. She was soon so engrossed in the book that she didn’t notice Marat sit down beside her. What was the deal with these guys, did they not make any noise when they moved or something? Olivia pondered.

"Have you seen Missy anywhere?" she asked Marat admiring from beneath her sunglasses his muscular chest. A fantasy with candles appeared out of no where and Olivia felt herself blushing.

"Yeah she’s in Andy’s room." Marat told her.

"Oh" Olivia said shocked thinking Missy was not the person to…well sleep around.

"Oh no, they're not doing…I think they just fell asleep. They seem pretty happy with each other…or cute as you said earlier." Marat said smiling at her. Olivia blushed even more, so he had heard her this morning.

"I hope you don’t mind me saying this but I thought you liked Missy." Olivia asked feeling bold. Marat shrugged his shoulders

"She seems nice enough.  We just went for a walk last night. I think maybe she’s a bit too young for me though. I think she likes Andy more then me, they seem to get along better and seem to be at ease with each other." Olivia suddenly felt giddy with relief but then told herself it would never happen that Marat would like her. Hadn’t she told Missy just yesterday not to trust them, she’d be a hypocrite if she suddenly got all gushy feelings towards Marat.

"Good book?" Marat asked.

"So far yeah, if it keeps it up till the end it’ll be brilliant." Was it just her or was Marat trying to make conversation with her?

"Olivia I feel as though we’ve gotten off on the wrong foot. Do you think we should start all over again?" Marat asked her. Olivia was shocked.

"Uh yeah…I mean we did sort of not get off on the right foot."

"Cool then." Marat said picking up his book.

"Yeah definitely cool." Olivia said returning to her book.

"Would you like to go out for a drink with me?" Marat suddenly asked. Olivia’s mouth hung open and she hopped she had heard him right.

"Go out for a drink with you?" she asked. Marat nodded his head. "Yes of course, I’d love to." She told him earnestly. Oh my god she was about to pee in her pants, Marat Safin had asked herself out on a date. Marat smiled at her reply.

It was the ticking that woke Missy up. She looked at her wrist and glanced at the time, 4pm. Holy moley she slept for four hours straight. She glanced over at Andy who was still asleep and wondered if she should wake him or let him sleep for a little bit longer. A plan formed in her evil little head. She quietly straddled Andy’s chest and leaned over, kissing his fluttering eyelids. Each kiss was soft and sensual, one lasting longer then the last. Andy flickered open his eyes after a few minutes.

"What-t-t." he stammered. Missy put a finger to his lips

"I just wanted to continue what we started earlier." She said huskily. Andy tried to sit up

"Earlier…what happened earlier?" he seemed to be bewildered. Missy pouted

"Don’t you remember?" she rubbed her hands down his chest feeling the abs beneath his t-shirt.

Andy shook his head desperately trying to recall anything that might have happened earlier that involved a naked Missy or kissing Missy….nothing he didn’t remember a single damn thing.

"Was I…uh any good?" he asked, he looked down and noted that he was fully clothed…ruling out having sex….unless he got dressed after it.

"You don’t remember." Missy said sadly, letting a piece of hair cascade down onto her face and cover her eye sexily. Andy felt extremely guilty, pushing back the piece of hair behind her ear

"Of course I remember, it was special and meant a lot to me. You know that it was so special that I seemed to forget it for a moment there. But now I remember and boy let me tell you I will never ever forget this moment again." Andy said hoping he sounded earnest enough.  Missy still didn’t seem satisfied "Really really special." He said again with more meaning. Man what the hell could I have done…Andy pondered. Missy clambered off him and sat on the edge of the bed. Man I have so done it this time, he thought to himself. "Look Miss…I’m so sorry, I don’t know what the hell is going on but I just don’t seem to remember what we did." He watched as Missy’s shoulders heaved up and down, he wasn’t sure if he should comfort her or let her cry. But then he noticed that Missy’s ‘cries’ sounded more like laughter.

"Missy?" he called out, pushing Missy back onto the bed and saw that she was laughing so hard that she was almost crying. "You liar." He cried out. Missy laughed even harder at that point.

"Gotcha" She said in between gasps. He made a lunge for her but she moved too quickly and sprinted out of the room and out of the house to the beach outside with Andy hot on her heels. "Noooo Andy please don’t." Missy squealed as she reached the safety of her sun bed.

"Andy leave her alone." Marat warned Andy as he tried to carry Missy to the water.

"You’re going to pay for that Cahill." Andy hissed. Missy shook her head

"Uh no, we’re even now. Don’t even think about it." And stuck out her tongue at him. He shook his head and walked over to his sun bed.

The four of them lay in silence for a while soaking in the sun which was now at one of its hottest points. "Want to go sailing?" Missy asked Andy. She was getting bored with no one to talk to….plus she still hadn’t forgiven Olivia yet for being mean to her the night before.

"Sure…this time want to sail in the same boat and we’ll see who’s the better sailor." He said. Missy nodded her head and the pair of them told Olivia and Marat where they were going.

"Is it just me or have those two gotten really friendly?" Olivia asked Marat.

"I have to agree with you on that, wonder if anything happened in that bedroom?" He said as he watched the two of them splash each other with water.

"How come you didn’t go sailing with her?" Marat asked.

"Besides my fear of sailing, Missy and I had a little fight last night. She still hasn’t forgiven me for something I said. She’s every stubborn like that, she says all Irish people are like that. She will never admit that she’s wrong and the day she does will make it into the history books." Olivia explained.

Missy and Andy came back in from there sail at 6, they had finally agreed that they were both as good as each other at sailing and had named the boat Mindy after Missy and Andy. They de-rigged the two boats and put them back in the boat shed. Olivia and Marat were packing up there stuff as the other two put away the boats.

"So I’ll collect you at 8 then?" Marat was saying as Missy and Andy came closer.

"Sure." Olivia said quickly hoping Missy hadn’t heard anything yet.

"Glockenspiel." Marat called out with a huge smile upon his face.

"Glockenspiel." Olivia said too feeling her face flush an unpleasant red colour.

"Bye And." Missy called out as she walked into the house.

"Glockenspiel? Isn’t that an instrument?" Missy asked. Olivia nodded her head

"Yeah…I kind of told Marat it was goodbye in Icelandic. I think he knows it’s not though." Olivia explained. Olivia let out a whoosh of air that she had been holding in, hoping that Missy wouldn’t have asked about her and Marat’s date. It was going either going to be torture telling her about it or else it would be nice and simple after all it looked as though Missy had her hungry eyes set upon Andy.

"So what do you want to do tonight, we could go to that place that we were supposed to go to last night. Or we could find something else in Valencia." Missy asked Olivia. She seems to have forgotten about last night then, meaning she’s not pissed at me anymore Olivia thought to herself.

"Well actually I have plans." Olivia said quietly.

"With whom?" Missy asked, eyes narrowed.

"With Marat." Missy dropped the plate she had been holding.

"What?" she screeched. Olivia jumped back with fright.

"Why are you screaming at me?" Olivia screamed.

"I’m not screaming at you and if I was you should know why you back stabber." Missy screamed back. They stood there glaring at each other for what seemed an eternity until Olivia spoke.

"I am not a back stabber, I don’t know how I could possible be one. Why does it matter that I’m going out on a date with Marat. What about you and Andy, you seemed to be pretty damn friendly today." Olivia hissed. Missy stood there with her mouth opening and closing.

"Some friend you are Olivia Roby. Did you somehow manage to forget our little conversation that we had last night? I told you I liked him, he took me for a moonlight walk on the beach. And now look at you trying to steal my boyfriend. As for Andy…he’s a friend. We go sailing together that’s all; have fun have a laugh nothing more." Missy cried out.

"Boyfriend…you have got to be joking me. Whatever happened last night I’m sure he regretted because it seems he likes me now. Get over it that he asked me out and stop acting like a two year old." Olivia told her.

Missy snorted. "Fine…that’s all you think about…if I correctly remember you saying to me last night ‘don’t get attached to them’ what does she do…she gets herself a date with my boyfriend. Hypocrite Ollie, that’s what you are. I hope you and lover boy have a lovely life together." Missy screamed at her before turning on her heel and storming out of the kitchen and into her bedroom.

Olivia shook her head in frustration, banging down her fist on the kitchen counter. Ugh sometimes that child really got on her nerves…her boyfriend, dude she wishes. Olivia glanced at the kitchen clock and decided she better get her skates on. She wanted to look so stunning that Marat drop flat down dead in amazement. Oh she was going to have a good time and nothing was going to stop her, not even Missy.
